Subprocessor Information

Process for obtaining the current confidential subprocessor list and receiving material-change notice

Version 2.0.0 / Effective August 18, 2026 / Public privacy information page
Confidential on-request list

ALEBEX does not publish the full subprocessor list on the public website. Current names, purposes, and general processing locations are provided to customers and prospective customers with a legitimate business need, subject to confidentiality and security restrictions.

01

Authorization and relationship to the DPA

Customer authorizes ALEBEX to use subprocessors as described in the ALEBEX AI Data Processing Addendum. ALEBEX requires subprocessors that process Customer Personal Data to protect it under obligations materially consistent with the DPA, taking account of the service they provide.

02

How to request the current list

Email compliance@alebex.ai from a business email address. Include the legal or operating name of the requesting organization, the ALEBEX organization or account identifier where available, the requester’s name and role, and the procurement, security, privacy, or contract purpose for the request.

ALEBEX will ordinarily respond within ten business days after verifying the request and may require a confidentiality agreement or confirm that the request is connected to a current or prospective business relationship.

03

Information provided

The list identifies third parties that may process Customer Personal Data on ALEBEX’s behalf, their general function, and their general processing location. It may include categories such as cloud infrastructure, telecommunications carriage, speech or voice processing, language-model processing, transcription, calendar or CRM integration, support, monitoring, security, billing, and payment services.

The list does not disclose source code, proprietary architecture, security-sensitive details, carrier routing, confidential commercial terms, or internal product design.

04

Customer-initiated integrations

Where Customer enables an optional integration, the integration provider may process data according to Customer’s configuration and its own terms. Some customer-initiated integrations may be described separately from the core subprocessor list. Customer remains responsible for required notices, consent, and configuration.

05

Changes and objections

ALEBEX will provide notice of a material new subprocessor where required by the DPA or a signed agreement. A Customer objection must be made within the applicable period, identify reasonable documented data-protection grounds, and follow the process in the DPA. ALEBEX may offer an alternative or terminate the affected Service if no commercially reasonable alternative is available.
