Acceptable Use Policy

Prohibited conduct, restricted uses, fraud prevention, technical safeguards, and enforcement rules for all ALEBEX Services

Version 2.0.0 / Effective August 18, 2026 / Public incorporated policy
Applies to every account and downstream user

Customers and partners must apply this AUP to their users, End Clients, Authorized Organizations, customer-facing applications, and anyone acting through their credentials. ALEBEX may enforce against an individual feature, organization, number, voice, campaign, credential, or Account.

01

Purpose and scope

This ALEBEX AI Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) protects ALEBEX, customers, partners, Recipients, service providers, carriers, and the public. It forms part of the applicable ALEBEX agreement. Capitalized terms have the meanings in that agreement.

Use must be lawful, authorized, transparent where required, reasonably safe, and consistent with the enabled service, account type, country, and documentation. A use is not authorized merely because a technical feature or API endpoint can perform it.

02

Core use rules

Customer must use the Services only for legitimate business, professional, entrepreneurial, development, or approved organizational purposes. Customer must identify the actual account holder, campaign sponsor, End Client, and caller or sender; maintain accurate KYC, billing, and use information; protect credentials; follow applicable laws and carrier or provider requirements; and cooperate with reasonable risk, security, abuse, and compliance inquiries.

Customer must implement safeguards proportionate to the use, including human escalation, complaint handling, opt-outs, suppression, accurate scripts and knowledge, secure data handling, and immediate suspension of unauthorized or suspicious activity.

03

Prohibited conduct and content

Customer must not use, enable, assist, or attempt to use the Services for any of the following:

  • fraud, scams, phishing, vishing, social engineering, extortion, identity theft, deceptive collection of funds or information, or money-laundering support;
  • false caller or sender identity, unauthorized spoofing, impersonation, false affiliation, false endorsement, deceptive sponsorship, or misleading claims of government, law-enforcement, bank, school, employer, professional, or institutional authority;
  • unlawful robocalls, robotexts, telemarketing, spam, harassment, threats, stalking, coercion, repeated unwanted communications, suppression-list evasion, or contact outside lawful hours;
  • deceptive concealment of AI, automated, synthetic, recording, transcription, caller, sender, sponsor, or commercial purpose where disclosure is legally or contractually required, or any false response when a Recipient asks whether the interaction is automated or AI-assisted;
  • unauthorized voice cloning, likeness simulation, persona imitation, synthetic impersonation, or use of a person’s name, voice, image, likeness, identity, title, or institutional role without legally sufficient rights and permissions;
  • circumvention of voice authentication, collection of passwords, one-time passcodes, private keys, online-banking credentials, full payment-card data, or other authentication secrets, except under an expressly approved compliant workflow;
  • emergency dispatch, suicide or crisis intervention, medical triage, or another activity where delay or incorrect Output could create serious harm, or representation of an AI agent as an emergency service;
  • final or autonomous legal, medical, financial, investment, insurance, immigration, employment, credit, housing, admissions, eligibility, public-benefit, or similarly significant decisions without required human review, legal authority, and ALEBEX approval;
  • child sexual abuse material, sexual exploitation, trafficking, illegal drugs, unlawful weapons, explosives, illegal gambling, or other illegal goods, services, or conduct;
  • hate, discriminatory harassment, exploitation of vulnerable persons, incitement of violence, malicious defamation, unlawful surveillance, or harmful profiling;
  • malware, malicious code, denial of service, unauthorized access, credential stuffing, data exfiltration, security probing without approval, or interference with systems, carriers, providers, or users;
  • reverse engineering, decompilation, disassembly, prompt or system-prompt extraction, model extraction or inversion, undocumented scraping, control circumvention, or public or competitive benchmarking without approval;
  • training, fine-tuning, validating, benchmarking, or improving a competing AI voice, agentic sales, communications, lead-generation, or call-centre platform using ALEBEX IP, Confidential Information, non-public materials, recordings, transcripts, Output, logs, traces, analytics, or usage learnings;
  • uploading stolen, unlawfully obtained, scraped, misleading, or unauthorized data, contact lists, recordings, voices, or content; or
  • any activity ALEBEX reasonably determines creates a material legal, privacy, security, safety, fraud, customer-harm, Recipient-harm, carrier, provider, sanctions, reputation, or service-integrity risk.
04

Restricted Uses requiring approval

The following are not automatically prohibited, but require prior ALEBEX approval or an enabled Account setting before production use:

  • full white-label replacement of ALEBEX branding or ALEBEX-hosted domains; sub-resellers; multi-level distribution; or marketplace access;
  • political, election, voter, public-affairs, government, law-enforcement, fundraising, or public-sector communications;
  • debt collection; regulated financial or investment services; insurance sales or decisions; healthcare or clinical functions; legal or immigration services; or similarly regulated professional activity;
  • processing Restricted Data, including health, biometric, voiceprint, minor, student, financial-account, government-identifier, protected-class, employment, housing, credit, legal, immigration, or criminal information;
  • high-impact or consequential automated decisions affecting rights, access, eligibility, benefits, obligations, opportunities, or legal position;
  • custom voice models or branded institutional personas, subject to the rights certification in the Communications Policy;
  • countries, number types, routes, or communication channels not enabled in the Account or Country Requirements;
  • unusually high volume, unusual traffic patterns, bulk consumer outreach, or purchased third-party lists that trigger enhanced review;
  • security-sensitive integrations, customer-controlled model hosting, dedicated infrastructure, or other configurations ALEBEX designates as restricted.

Ordinary sales outreach, lead follow-up, appointment setting, customer service, reactivation, surveys, reminders, notifications, business development, and similar standard communications do not require campaign-by-campaign approval after the required Account and outbound gates are complete, unless a separate Restricted Use or risk trigger applies.

05

Contact lists, data sources, and custom voices

Customer must have lawful rights to every contact list, dataset, recording, script, prompt, voice, and item of Customer Content. Customer must preserve the source, scope, and relevant authorization. Scraped lists, stolen data, data acquired by deception, and lists lacking a documented lawful basis are prohibited.

Purchased or third-party lists may be restricted, throttled, or reviewed. Customer remains responsible for whether the list may lawfully be used for the intended purpose, recipient type, country, technology, and channel. A vendor statement or list purchase does not replace Customer’s independent verification.

A custom voice may be enabled only after the Account provides the required rights certification. The voice must not be used for impersonation, false authority, deception, fraud, political synthetic impersonation, authentication circumvention, or any purpose outside the permission granted by the voice owner. ALEBEX may disable a voice immediately after a complaint or rights dispute.

06

Technical and security restrictions

Customer must not bypass rate, spend, destination, country, recording, disclosure, safety, fraud, consent, or feature controls; share credentials across unrelated organizations; access another tenant; conceal actual traffic origin; falsify metadata; alter logs; use unsupported routes; or continue after ALEBEX directs suspension.

Load, penetration, vulnerability, or security testing requires prior written approval and must follow the authorized scope. Customer must not introduce malicious code, unauthorized open-source obligations, or a third-party component that creates disclosure, licence, security, or operational obligations for ALEBEX without approval.

07

International trade and sanctions

Customer, its owners where relevant, users, End Clients, contractors, and recipients must not be restricted parties or use the Services in violation of sanctions, export-control, anti-boycott, anti-bribery, anti-corruption, anti-money-laundering, or counter-terrorist-financing laws. Customer must not conceal location, ownership, destination, or end use. ALEBEX may block countries, persons, routes, payments, or accounts and may request additional verification.

08

Monitoring, investigation, and enforcement

ALEBEX may investigate potential violations; review account, traffic, complaint, opt-out, payment, security, configuration, and operational information; request records; require remediation or reverification; impose limits; disable a number, voice, campaign, End Client, child organization, integration, feature, or credential; preserve evidence; suspend or terminate access; or report activity where legally required or reasonably necessary to protect rights, users, or the Services.

Protective action may occur before a final court, regulator, carrier, provider, or third-party determination. ALEBEX is not liable for good-faith protective action to the extent permitted by the Agreement. Customer must cooperate promptly and may not retaliate against a Recipient, complainant, whistleblower, or investigator.

09

Changes and contact

ALEBEX may update this AUP under the Platform Terms. Immediate changes may be made for law, fraud, sanctions, security, carrier, provider, safety, or service-integrity requirements. Questions may be sent to legal@alebex.ai. Abuse reports and Recipient complaints may be sent to abuse@alebex.ai.
