01  We build the stack

Alebex builds the stack rather than wrapping other people’s models. Streaming speech-to-text, turn control, the hallucination gate, barge-in classification, multimodal intent and streaming synthesis run in one runtime.

02  Canadian data residency

It is Canadian data residency with data held in Canada. Recordings, transcripts and customer information stay here. The platform is designed to support PIPEDA, CASL and applicable CRTC requirements, with configurable consent, disclosure, opt-out and retention controls. No certification implied.
