Voice as callable infrastructure, built in Vancouver.

Alebex is an agentic voice AI platform, built in Vancouver — voice as callable infrastructure. Built in Vancouver by Alexander Innovation Centre, Canadian-owned, with customer data held in Canada.

Infrastructure-led hybrid: developers and partners can build on Alebex directly, and businesses — including SMBs — can run agents on it without ever touching the API.

Where Alebex sits

The market has three layers. Alebex is built at the bottom one and shows up at all three.

Business integrationCompanies deploying agents into businesses. The platform is the product surface.

Long term

To be Canada’s voice AI.

Stated as the direction of travel, not as a position already held.

Two things that separate it
01  We build the stack

Alebex builds the stack rather than wrapping other people’s models. Streaming speech-to-text, turn control, the hallucination gate, barge-in classification, multimodal intent and streaming synthesis run in one runtime.

02  Canadian data residency

It is Canadian data residency with data held in Canada. Recordings, transcripts and customer information stay here, and PIPEDA and CASL compliance is built in.

The proof is a production workflow

Brighton College runs its lead outreach on Alebex. It is on the site as evidence the runtime survives a real, revenue-bearing workflow — not as the company’s identity.
